Clinical Hypnotherapy is a guided trance-like state of focus and concentration achieved with the help of a clinical hypnotherapist. This trance-like state is similar to being completely absorbed in a movie, reading a grasping book, listening to music or singing, or even when you are absorbed in your own thoughts or contemplations. This is also a state right before you fall asleep or wake up. In this state, your subconscious is active and your mind can turn its attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within yourself that can help you make changes or regain control in certain areas of your life.
